Clam Bound Soon

Thanks in Advance.

Going to Ct. and Maine in 2 1/2 weeks. Plan on taking Rte 6 from Cleveland to Danielson Ct. first. Anyone with any tips on where to eat or what to see along the way let me know.

I have already gotten some sugguestions for Mass. And Maine from some other members back in June but will gladly take any more.

Not sure what way I am going from Thompson Ct. to Maine yet.

Just need Clams and Sam Adams for sustinance.

Thanks Paul (aka quohog).

If you are going to Danielson, you will be about 5 miles from me, so drop a line and I'll take you out for a ride on the local roads. I also have tools and a garage if your bike needs any servicing.

BTW: we have hills and curves here in New England!

Smile The Clam Box of Ipswich MA

The Clam Box is phenomenal for clams: http://www.ipswichma.com/clambox/index.htm

The Weathervane Restaurants in New England offer large portions and affordable seafood in a casual atmosphere. For seafood, they are very reasonably priced. My favorites are in Maine.

Starting on the coast north of Boston, head north and your will go through some of the most picturesque towns that you will ever see. The places are filled with Micro breweries, seafood, quaint fishing villages.

When in Maine, Boothbay Harbor and Bar Harbor (Arcadia National Park) are my favorite Maine destinations.
