Brown Wire Snip on 07

Is this to be done on the 07's also?

Not sure if I need to, but inquiring minds and all that.

Does it enhance the 07's as the other years?

So far I haven't had the need to do this on my 05, but I certainly had to cut the wire on my 99 and my 03.

05 and newer LTs have a slightly different fuel system and pistons to get the extra power.

Thanks you.

I just read a bit more and the 05 up do not have a brown wire.

Apparently no need as the map appears to be tweaked for a bit more performance.

actually, there are LOTS of brown wires on '05, '06 and '07 LT's, but they don't have alternate fuel/ignition mapping, so if you were to snip one of the brown wires on your bike, it would probably do something really bad...

sorry, I've gone almost the entire day without saying anything that qualifies as "smart-assed" and I was starting to go into withdrawals...
