Welcome to this zoo. I have an 06 and the wife LOVES the ride. She used to ask "Why do you need heated seats?" until we were coming home from Laughlin, NV last January in 44 degree temps.

Welcome, dude! This forum is amazing, the people are amazing. I bought my LT in January and the learning curve has been wicked. Asked questions, prowled the FAQ. Lurked a few threads, ie.: how to roll Helga on the centrestand. At the office, I'd pop out for a choke break with 'her' and try all the suggested techniques - presto molesto! What IS a side stand, anyway? Learned how to avoid the start-up smoke. You name it.
Enjoy...

Hi Y'all.

Pull a chair and sit on the floor. Make yourself miserable.

Hi and welcome to the forum from a fellow pilot,

I am sure you will love the new bike, as with all things it is not perfect but close enought to do for most of us. Most things you need to know can be answered here.

Stay safe and have fun

Mike.

P.S. who did you fly for in the gulf and when did you leave?
