Chris, what kind of mileage do you get with that combo, what pressures you using, any cupping or scalloping on the front?
Curious because Ron Ayers sent me a front radial by mistake, or your friend Paul switched 'em at delivery,
which I have an RMA for. But if there is improvement to be made in any of these categories I might try it.
I have tried radial/bias combos on other bikes before. Both ends of the bike definitely don't give the same feedback. The radial squirms around and is soft, with the bias you feel the road and suspension right now. Kind of weird when the front is doing one thing and the rear is doing another. However, I'm not sure these points matter on the LT, it isn't ridden that hard.
Radials also tend to blister and come apart easier, but haven't heard many complaints about the Metz radial. Probably since only the front is rated correctly for the LT.
