unknown parts

Hello all, I have stripped my LT. of all the tupperware and the fuel tank in order to run the wires for the Motolights and Piaa's. I did this two Months ago and wasn't able to continue working on it do to commitments at work. I am back at it again and noticed two black rubber washers 5/8"dia. x 1/4"thick with a 1/8' hole in the center, and I have no idea where they go.I sure could use some help identifying these Items and where the go.

Good thing you noticed them before you had the gas tank on and the tupperware buttoned up. BTDT.
