Not sure what procedure you followed to replace the lines, when i did my 02 k1200lt i read about three or four threads and procedures before attempting..
but obviously you dont have all ther air out, 1st determine if you have any brakes... 2nd if you do ride cautiously, preferably in a large parking lot and work the brakes hand and petal .. add more fluid , repeat.
Seem like i may have had this issue just slightly, once everything was ok i rode like 2,000 miles and it came back, I was 1000 miles from so i just rode it home ( i had brakes) got home and added about a drop of fluid and it went out and never came back
