It connects 5 and 4 together and on the LT that does absolutely nothing.
Diagnostic Plug Wiring
Pin 1 Brown/Black, Diagnosis ECU and ABS
Pin 2 NC
Pin 3 Brown/Blue, to BC to set low fuel level
Pin 4 Brown, Ground
Pin 5 NC
Pin 6 Red/Green, from F11, 12 V constant
Pin 7 Violet/Yellow, Set on Cruise
Pin 8 White/Violet, I/K bus
Pin 9 Blue, D+ on Alternator
Pin 10 Yellow/Gray, TI signal - the ground from ECU for injectors etc.
