2004 Rehab project - What am I missing?

Acquired a 2004 K1200LT a month ago and have begun to go through it to set a solid baseline for things. This is my third K bike: K100LT and K1200RS in my past. Bike appears to have been neglected a bit recently, but only has 57,000 miles on it. What I've done:
Oil change and filter
Transmission fluid
Final drive fluid
Metal QD fuel lines - plastic connecters are no go for me.
In tank fuel filter and hoses (with stainless U-bend mod)
Air filter
Spark Plugs
H7 LED headlight

The battery seems to have enough juice so far
New braided brake line set arrives tomorrow and is the weekend project - I do have the funnel to bleed it when the time comes
Clutch inspection and spline lube are on the list for later (fall?) - I did this on my R1150GS so I know roughly what it entails.

Tires are old and I'll need to do some looking to see what works.

What else am I missing to get her back on the road in good nick?

Load test your battery. Hook up your volt meter and read it as you try to start the bike. If voltage drops to 9.5 or less, no good. Nice job with your list. Summer is coming enjoy the bike.
Check the dates on the tires. 5 years old getting slick.

Best way to "inspect" the clutch on an LT is the rolling slip test (rolling at 4,000 rpm in 5th and cob the throttle). If it doesn't slip then its OK. The clutch is not exactly easy to get at and no one lubes the clutch splines on an LT. You go in that far you may as well just replace everything.

I just bought a 2002 with 58k and no service records so I am going through it just like you. I have done everything on your list but also did the H3 LED bulb and rear LED. I also added a fuse block to power some future accessories. I have a USB port and a voltmeter combo and Photon Blaster lights for the front that I will be installing. What is the stainless U-bend mod? I just did the Beemer Boneyard hose kit but I am concerned about the durability.

Instead of a tight bend in a rubber hose replace that part with a stainless u-bend. That way you don't have any hoses with bends in them and little stress on the submerged hose. Mouthfullofflake on advrider.com is putting together a kit for reasonable $ (Be sure to tell him you don't need the sender unit o-ring). Most K and R bikes of our vintage use this in tank system in various forms. I'll post up a few photos this weekend (The one thing on the list not done as I ran out of time last night)

He also sells nylatron paralever bushings on his website=> Nushings.com (No financial interest, just a satisfied customer on my 1150GS and K12RS).

Thanks for the suggestions. Coolant flush added to the wish list - I assume that it requires fairing removal so now is the time....?

Yes since you will have the tank off and can easily get to the radiator cap. Very slow pour will fill it with no burping of a crossover hose required. 2.5 liters with additional 0.6 L for the overflow tank. But I guess it is the same for the K1200RS as well.

You didnít do a flush in 10 minutes. You can change the coolant in about that much time, but you canít flush the system in that much time as it takes that long to warm the engine each cycle.

True, not a full flush, the bike isn't running right now so I couldn't do a full flush. The old coolant was good but I don't know the age of it so I wanted to replace it anyway. I just drained it, filled with distilled, drained again, and then filled with coolant. I realize that it didn't circulate in the block but I'm not worried about it.
