Trying to Find info on a key blank or holder for just the key

Hey, are there any aftermarket key fobs where the key for a 2003 can clip in or something and it looks like the newer ones or maybe have a new one cut using modern blanks? I have an old leather key holder that can hold multiple keys and will fold shut but it keeps working its way into the gap between the key and the stingray. Just looking for something possibly round and will fold, etc. Having a hard time thinking of any search terms that are hitting, lol.
