Clutch Replacement Parts?

OK we finally conquered the swing arm and replace the slave cylinder, YES the clutch does slip. Iím ready to order parts to do the clutch replacement. David Shealey make this suggestion of parts to replace in a post April 25, 2006 (or there abouts), have a got everything? Are there any additions or deletions?

Slave cylinder Done
All transmission oil seals 21 12 7 667 733 20X32X?
23 12 1 340 324 25X40X6
23 12 7 656 019 17X28X7
23 12 1 340 322 14X22X5
23 12 1 332 884 10X18X6

Engine rear oil seal 11 11 1 464 890
"O" ring 11 21 1 460 456
Thrust washer 11 21 1 460 696
New nut. 11 21 1 460 797

The 6 or 8 bolts used to put the clutch together I recall the manual recommends replacing also. It would help if your part numbers had descriptions also.
I would reconsider not using the stock crank shaft oring and replace with the viton oring that dave suggested.
I found a source a couple of weeks ago but people were not interested . I plan on using the viton oring and will order next week if interested contact me.
I assume you drilled the hole for thye slave ?
How many miles on the bike trans bearings need to be changed by 100 K or time bomb..

Attached is the complete parts list when my rear main seal went out. The dealer changed the clutch and clutch cylinder. This went out at approximately 63,000 miles. The clutch was hardly worn, but they replaced it while they were in there. David Shealey did mention that he did not know why certain parts (item #24) were used.
