Stiff Throttle cables on 2002

I know I have seen a list of the parts needed to upgrade the throttle cables. Can someone please point me to that list. I tried to search the site but I am just not finding it tonight. I have a 2002 with cruise. Would like to order parts tomorrow or the next day in hopes of getting back on the road next week.

Thanks.
