Ok I give up , where is the fuse block located ?

You don't need to remove the passenger seat, just pop the driver's seat up & pop off the covers.

There's a great picture in the BMW manual that shows where the fuses are, and what each one protects.

This diagram is correct for '99 - '04 bikes. The '05 and up bikes have a different fuse setup.
