Black vs. Black

Are there any good photos available to help see the difference between 2006 Magnesium Black and 2007 Night Black? Or can someone describe the difference?

Night Black is just that...it's as black as black gets. Kinda like a Jet Black. Night Black has no metal flake in it either.

Magnesium Black is not what I would consider a pure black. And it is a metallic color.

I personally think the Night Black is the coolest of BMW's black colors. Otherwise, it's really a shade of gray...isn't it?

I sure liked my night black LT! Miss it terribly too.

I always wondered, is grey light black, or dark white?

The night black is indeed a cool bmw colour, but I think 1 on the LT it doesn't look too good - it makes the motorcycle look like a funeral vehicle 2 the saphire black metallic, is the coolest bmw black (not available for LTs).
From the bmw blacks, I think for the LT the most interesting is the darkgraphite metallic.
Just my 2 cents.

Any adjective other than Night, just isn't Black.
