A little suggestion, if I may...if you got the flip up version, disregard. But, if you got the solid version, pay heed or pay for floorboard mounts...Remove the solid steel pin and replace it with a 1/4X20X2" ZINC bolt and nut. The first time you drop it and you sheer the bolt rather than a $300 mount, you'll thank me. And be prepared to scrape those floorboards in the corner...which brings me to the next point. Carry plenty of extra bolts. I've had my Darius floorboards on for about 3 months and I've broken one mount (before I had to.use a bolt to keep on the Run For The Wall) and have broken/bent 2 on the left side (broken top ear of the mount side) and 3 on the right. Only once was it from dropping the bike. I've had to walk back down a few highways to retrieve a floorboard a few times, but with a spare bolt and 5 minutes, I'm right back in the saddle.
