Electrical Harness Coupler

Not sure if the title is correct but I have a question about the multi-pin and spade terminal box at the rear of the ABS unit. Recently I did a flush of the ABS system including all bleed ports on the unit. However, in order to access all points I had to remove the female cover of the electrical box which houses the male pins and terminals. Unfortunately when re-installing the top cover I managed to bend the pin furthest back on the right hand side (closest to the rear brake fluid reservoir). I have attempted to straighten it but cannot be sure if it has seated properly in the female top cover upon re-installing. So far no adverse effects but I was wondering a) what function it controls and b) can the individual pin be replaced? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Electrical Harness Coupler

The year would be helpful to know what iteration of ABS you have. My suggestion is, if it is not flashing lights at you and you have full brakes, it is probably OK.

2005 K1200LT, IABS. I'm the guy that you (and others) have been helping with the wig-wag issue which by the way could quite possibly be solved. I just don't want to put everything back together and have an issue down the road if the pin is bent again after I just re-installed the box cover.

Well, if this is the pin then you may be in luck. Pin 42 is one of the fluid sensor wires so if that was bent, it would cause your issue.
