K1200LT Dash board panel differnce

Hi, my bike feld downand I need to replace the dashboard panel that covers the speakers, I wonder if the 2009 model will fit on my 2003 year
what looks differnt is the onboard computer box on the left side, the 2009 is not cut out.
Or do I need to buy a 2003 year dash panel.
any help I will be glade ok

I believe the plastic dash panel (cover) is the same. Except for the Board computer square would need to be cut out as you stated. But make sure the 2009 is compatible. As i don't know for sure. And don't have dashes right in front of me.

The 09 will not match the 03, totally different dash layouts.

I believe it will bolt up just fine, but it will be the wrong color and like you said you'll need to cut out the dash for the trip computer.
