A mystery Gage

I bought my 2006. LT about 9 months ago. Bought from a Dealer, so they didn't really know all that was done to it.. I've managed to figure out everything, but this is a mystery to me.. I know that it tells me the voltage of my battery, but not sure if it's a BMW item, or after market item. It's mount on the left side of the stingray, and the led's light up from yellow to green to yellow if over charging.. It got very very wet today and went haywire. I'd like to replace it, or at least get something to take it's place. Does anyone know what exactly it is, and who makes it?
