Damn, my time has arrived as well!

30 miles east of Amarillo TX and the final drive is making expensive crunchy noises. Thank dog for a brother that was willing to drive from Phoenix to pick me and the bike up. Made plane reservation for next morning and I am on the beach on Cape Cod two days earlier than planned.

Waiting on "the call" for how much to repair her.

You do know about Dave Selvig (Saddleman) on this site? He is the go to guy for final drive repairs.
