Question Recommended rider training?

Anyone out there have any experience with the performance-level training courses (e.g. C.L.A.S.S./Pridmore) or track days that are well-suited to the LT rider? Specifically something that's available in the mid-Atlantic area? Is one better than the other?

Rider Training

I took a class from Jason Pridmore ( a great guy ) a couple years ago on the LT and believe it was well worth every penny. It gave me the confidence I needed with regards to how far I could lean the bike over in a turn and renewed my confidence in the LT's braking ability. Take a class as I don't think you can go wrong.

I am thinking about attending this one.

I'd like to do it at the end of the month but my schedule is really tight. I think if you take the course you can repeat it within a year for no additional cost.
