Funny sound coming from right rear area..

When ever I let off the gas and let the bike decerate right at 2600 rpm, I hear a very funny sound, like a venting sound, coming from under the passenger area from what seems like the right side. I dont hear it while accelerating (from what I can tell) but no matter what gear I am in, right at 2600 rpm I hear it while slowing down.

Any ideas on what it might be?

I have a 05 LT with 7200 miles on it.

This will sound weird, I know, but I have posted this before. I had a strange sound coming from the rear of the bike on deceleration. Turned out to be the license plate rattling against the mud guard. Just bent the plate up a bit.

It does sound like something coming from some sort of hose exhaust or something like that. Is this a bad thing or normal?

Ditto. Would love to meet more of the members besides the few here in central Florida. I wish I could go to the CCR but it is always held at one of the few times a year I can't possibly get away.
