Best place to buy Remus exhaust ...

Hey guys ... I've decided to buy the REMUS EXHAUST .

I'm sick of waiting for the Black Hole .... I think they lost their exhaust or their morals (maybe both) in a black hole and are never going to come as they string me along now for over 5 months

The last straw was this past month I was told every week they were coming in any day and I was one of the top on the list. Each week goes by nothing. Then they tell me the exhaust is done but the pipes are still at the ceramic coater.

The Tomahawk fall ride comes and goes and I don't have my exhaust still which I kept telling them I wanted it for ....

I seriously wonder if they even have any made and are just stringing guys along til they get enough orders. SCREW EM.

I wanted to give them a try ... but their not worth dealing with.

So ... where can I buy a REMUS from a reputable company ?

Thanks!

Have you heard the Remus or rode an LT with one on it? If not, you might want to. It's much louder and has an annoying drone below 4K. You will likely have to shove a 4" piece of pipe in the tip to make it tolerable (I had to).

Dont let the "street can" label fool you. Its much louder than a luxury cruiser bike should be. And then you have to seal it with silicone and maybe even aluminum tape around the connections to keep it from backfiring like an old junk.

If my stock exhaust had not been damaged, I would never have needed the Remus. If you are doing this for better performance and sound, be afraid, be very afraid.

I second Eric with this,

I have Remus, both race and street cans. Race can is terrible and street can slightly less terrible. In any case, the noise on longer trips is very irritating.
Definitely not something for this kind of bike...

Just my 2 cents...

yea..

so you will get different answers on the noise pollution and such. I love the Remus that came on my previously owned (USED) bike!

However I think Raffy would be a great source and support if I were to purchase it new.

Love my REMUS/ street can combo .... However the tube mod did help the low RPM rumble, thats a GOOD thing.

Yup, RAFFY is the man to get it from.
