Not an easy way to do it.
You would have to remove the upper fork bridge and extend the lock pin and then grind it off. Too much work for what you want to do.
I trailer my bike from time to time and use a chock. I don't lock the forks but electrically it is the same if you rotate the key as far as you can to the left. This way the loads are off and when I stop somewhere to eat I just return the key to "R" and pull it out. The load on the battery should not be that great in the "R" position as long as the radio is off before you do it.
