Smile What Triggers a Fault Code ?

Been on holidays for almost 2 months. Had "Jenna" tucked up nice and sweet with new oil and both wheels off the ground. Set up the BMW gel battery charger to look after the sparks and all was well. Decided to pull the fuel pump fuse prior to starting up and turn the engine over for around 10 sec to push some oil around the galleries before actually starting. Replaced the fuse and she fired up straight away. Life is once again in balance.
Just wondered if the initial cranking without the fuse would create a modec memory "event" ie failure to start or such.
Also wondered if any one has a list of the various fault codes brought up during dealer services?

Jenna: Ocean Blue '06
Hilton: Head of the Steering Committee.
Rena: The Committee.

I know that I've pulled #4 fuse on my 2000, while doing some work on her, to clear the memory, stuck said fuse in my pocket and forgotten about it. They don't start real good and you freak for awhile till you remember.

I don't think it throws any type of code.
