Special tools

My '02 LT has sprung a leak and is starting to loose it's precious bodily fluids. I suspect it is one of the seals between the engine and the transmission. I plan to do this "fix" myself during my long winter. Are there any special tools I need to do this job?
Best regards,
Wilson.

Got the service manual? If not - get it.

Read it - all is revealed there. Well, at least what's revealed is what specific questions to ask. Come on back here for the answers to those!
