SpeedMetal LED Lights

Has anyone used the SpeedMetal LED's on the LT? I have a 2000 which has the two bulbs integrated into one housing. The SpeedMetal comes in a H4 and an H7. I know we use the H3. Any experience on these?

I prefer HID. Either from dad tuning.com or xenon depot.com. Works well.

I believe Robert meant DDMTuning.com

They are much cheaper, but their service sucks. I have had to reorder multiple times because they shipped the wrong color temperature bulbs. They wanted me to pay the return shipping to China. They eventually paid return shipping and refunded my money, but I had to stay on top of them and hold them accountable.

Re: SpeedMetal LED Lights

I installed the H4 in my wife's Honda. It has an acceptable high and low beam. Nothing to get excited about.

Re: SpeedMetal LED Lights

I currently have HID for high beam which I like but it was sounding like the LED's were ready for prime time upgrade. The more I'm reading, I'm seeing that we are not there yet. I understand the what is available is not DOT approved, the coverage is not as good as the HID, and I'm not seeing the H3 available yet. I think that the two bulb arrangement in the single fixture would not work well with a single bulb (H4) There are two different reflectors and neither would seem to handle both the High and Low beam light spread from a single bulb.

Not really any need to change out at this time. I like the lighting that I have. . . for now.

Thanks for the input.
