Measurements for ABS Bypass Brake Lines

I have a 2006 K1200LT and I'm thinking of converting to fully manual brakes due to issues with the ABS module.

I've read several threads discussing custom Spiegler lines. Does anyone have the measurements they used for the custom lines?

My current plan is to convert to manual until the ABS rebuilds become a reality from Module Masters and then restore back to the stock setup with another set of new stock lines.

Re: Measurements for ABS Bypass Brake Lines

really the best way to do it is take the measurements yourself.

Take a length of wire or thin rubber hose and route it exactly where you want the custom lines. zip tie them as you go to hold them in place.

when your satisfied with the routing, remove the wire and measure it.

as important as the measurements is also the banjo fittings and clocking.
Both Galfer and spiegler will allow you to turn them slightly ONCE ...

but if you have the wrong fitting... your pretty much screwed.

I put my measurements in the other thread.
