Unhappy I don't think I'll be getting a GT.

Not because I don't want one . . . but because I don't think my dealer will be able to find me one!

Sure we respect that, but some of us wonder how long he's gonna whine about it all.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...

huh?

I thought one was on the way, in the color you wanted, the CFO said "money's in the bank" and you were going to do a test ride. If the test ride was good you were doing the deal.

Nope...I never said "one was on the way". The rest is correct. The CFO approved the deal upon a test ride.

Joe, as I was reading your posts, the Billy Joel song "I Don't Know Why I Go to Extremes" started playing on the radio.

Spooky.

I can't wait to see your GT with the "aircraft landing lights" treatment.

BMW of SE Michigan...

...which is just west of Detroit near 275 on Ford Road had two of them last Saturday when Reggie and I stopped in. While we were there, the blue one sold. A silver one remained.

Most dealers will do a dealer trade for nothing, depending on how many miles they have to go.

I understand your lust!

Don't think of it as too expensive. You just can't afford it.
