New BMW sparking plug for GT ??

I have my 2007 GT into the local dealer for the 18K service. Haven't picked it up yet, but the service manager tells me that they installed a newly-recommended (from BMW) set of sparking plugs. Anyone hear of this before ???

No. I just had the 18K service done on my 2007 GT about four weeks ago. There was no mention of sparking plugs (or spark plugs).

Re: New BMW sparking plug for GT ??

My bad, my bad. Should have waited until I spoke to the service tech before posting. Dammit - I know better. The parts dept. gave the service tech the wrong plugs for my bike. He noticed this, and had them get the correct plugs. I had complained about a slight hesitation at times, so I guess that's why I got new plugs at the 18K service.

Again, my apologies.
