Thinking of an 06' 1200 GT

Hi all

I have currently got an F800ST and would like something a bit more geared up for touring and more throaty. I like the idea of a nice smooth four cylinder rather than a parallel twin. Just wondered if anyone had any advice for me i will purchase one from a dealer and trade in the 800. In fact I'm looking at one at the moment in Dark Grey with all the spec at £9500 but i reckon i could get them down to £9000.

Any thoughts

Cheers

Not knowing the UK market I can't comment on the price, but as long as all of the service bulletins have been done for the EWS ring, airbox upgrade and software updates, etc., and the bike has been well maintained with service records to prove that, it's a good thing.

Check with dpancerz. He also traded up from an F800ST to a K1200GT. I believe he is still quite happy with the upgrade.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...
