New addition ...

... to the fleet to keep the K12GT company

Sold my F650 Funduro so looked around for an alternative and found

Bit of corrosion on the engine but overall not bad, and besides the trail bike is my winter tool

Re: New addition ...

Congrats on the new bike! I think you will find plenty of ways to get yourself into trouble with that.

Skrag the pictures of bikes. It looks like you live in beautiful surroundings.

Good move Steve!

I visit S. Wales many times meeting the Lucas lads in Cwmbran. Lots of good riding roads around there!

More than 132,000 (recently corrected higher) motorcycle riders have died in traffic crashes since the enactment of the Highway Safety Act of 1966 and The National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966. Be careful out there.

Thanks, yes it's lovely up here.

The bike's been responding nicely to being cleaned and tarted up, changed the tank decals to later ones which I think has lifted it nicely

It's obviously loads slower than the KGT, but has its own old school charm. What has surprised me is how different the feel of the engine is to the BoxerCup in the garage. You can really tell the BoxerCup is in a higher state of tune, but the GS has a nicer bottom end grunt.
