CIP 11.1 is out - no big deal

CIP 11.1 is out - no real change from 11.0 - just fixes bugs in the software upload process (11.0 could kill your computer if interrupted at the wrong point). 11.1 fixes that problem

For me 11.1 fixed the problem with the DWA (alarm) that I had since 11.0. After approx 30 minutes I couldn't (de)activate the alarm with the remote anymore. During the upgrade to 11.1 there was also a remark that the ZFE (central vehicle electricity) was updated.
