if i was living in your area i would buy that fast. In my eyes, if it isn't my daily driver, it becomes a project bike that i can fix up over time. Part of the fun is figuring out the problems and overcoming them, and also sourcing used parts at cheap prices. $800 is what i paid for the driving lights on my current bike.
But then again, i am (was) a certified tech, and i do get pleasure wrenching on these things.
So if you dont like tinkering/rebuilding, and you need this to be a reliable ride in the near future, it may not be a great idea, regardless of the price. However, if you are like me.....
