Hey Joe! - Da Bags ( Stingray Gt version)

The "Stingray" GT Version Is coming along fine, you should see it in the mail late next week hope ya like Pink!

Your version (V.1.0) will be as you requested to follow the style and shape of the gas cap door, I was thinking a nice insulate area for your banana's!

hahahahaha

For those that do not know, we are doing the first prototype for the GT like we have done for the K1200LT a little bag for under the left handle bar, this bag will be larger as we have more room to work safely without interference from the handlebar like on the K1200LT the prototype will follow the shape of the gas cap door , we will also make one for the full size with a clear top pouch as like our "Stingray" that so many have enjoyed. which could be a great place to put a EZpass sun pass ect ect.

You will be able to put your kickstand pad in it just like your able to do on the Stingray for the k1200LT.

you can look for a couple available next week

Pre-orders will be accepted, sending a message to me either PM's here or [email protected],

Although Bikers-Hut can not make CCR as a Vendor this year there will still be a product available for CCR's Auction. if this custom made bag is not ready Bikers-Hut will offer a choice of product or gift certificate for the auction.

From my understanding the silent auction CCR does goes to a local (for the area of CCR) charity, a good cause each time and great Idea Of CCR.

We here at Bikers-Hut believe in this 100%

Prices coming soon to theatre near you <g>

updated information can be found here

Thank You

Congrats Tom and Karen and Mom and Dad!

I was talking to Bob at BMW of Atlanta and he said that he wasn't sure that you and Karen would be able to make your appointment with them tomorrow. Maybe you can make it after all! I will be there first thing in the AM for my 36K and a rear tire. I am already 1K past due!

Again, congrat!

Hey! Don't belittle a man's daily digestion of potassium! But I digress...

Looking forward to getting it. My BigMak tankbag came yesterday, but a few other pieces parts were back-ordered. Talked to Mark yesterday, and the rest should be here Sat or Mon. So by next week, my GT should be shaping up nicely for the trip southward in a couple of weeks.

I'm glad I'm getting that bag. The tankbag is not quite as big as what I was used to on the Ninja, and your bag will be a much-needed supplement.

Have you named the bag yet? I'll need to know what to call it at the G-Tech Session at CCR.

Tom's not allowed to carry golf clubs anymore. Not since "the incident of 2003"! (Poor old lady didn't have a chance!)

Don't know about "the incident of 2003", but back in '01 he tried to steal a little old lady's walker. Too bad she out ran him..............8^)

Well in '03, Tom went back after her. But this time, a 3-Iron upside the head. She never saw it coming! Then, he took her walker!

BTW, I hear it makes a nice holster
I loved it on the LT, but that version is just too small for the GT, looks kinda silly.

I think Tom should make them for the GT and the GS (both sides) and call them "Tom's Holster Bag". He can call it the 'Stingray bag' for the LT, but that really doesn't work for the GS/GT, now does it?

You know how it works, grif. You order the bike, they build the bike, then they hold it until you reach 100 threads or 1,000 posts about how you can't stand waiting for the bike, how it's the best bike ever, why would anyone buy anything else, etc, ad nauseum. Then you bike get delivered, and you're required to continue posting through the full break-in period. It's BMW's new direct-marketing ploy, though I have to say it does get a little heavy-handed at times.

It seems like you're well on your way though, so it should be here real soon.

Some people see the gas tank as half empty. Some see it as half full. All I care is that I know where the next tankful is coming from...
