I dropped my top box...

...off at the dealer for it's new, custom paint job. In a couple of weeks, the top box will match the rest of the bike. Pics to follow...

Just the top silver part. I want the top box to match the side bags.

"I dropped my top box..."
Man don't do that to me, I had a mental picture of your new top box laying cracked in the driveway and was preparing for all the horse laughs to come.

And just how would one make an icon to examplify a motorcycle seat? I'm not getting defensive here, just wondering.

By the way...do you know what the icon is on your LT's seat-heater switch?

huh?

I distinctly remember you saying you were going to paint the bike the match the top case. I'm sure I read that somewhere. In fact, I'm sure I read it on a similar thread, one which you started where you polled the LT community.

Superfluous rocker switches that were made for Bremsche Motor Werken for heated grips and never used on any bike. Look under the seat you'll get the "picture"

Yes...I have seen them on some 90s Beemers, IIRC. But, you got my point.

The paint has been mixed and matched to the battery compartment cover. Tomorrow (Tuesday) the topbox and paint goes to the paint shop, and will be done by the end of the week. I will be picking up the topbox either this coming Saturday, or the Tuesday after, and then be posting pics.
