Pannier Lid

Has anyone successfully separated the inner skin from the pannier lid? If so please share

I don't think you can do it without destroying one part or the other as they are glued together. Just curious as to why you want to separate them?

I dont actually need to now but I did have a couple of spinning screws now fixed. Now I'm just curious
