Scala Rider G4 quit working

My Scala rider G4 all of a sudden quit working. It won't charge, it won't reset....nothing. I called customer service and they told me without a receipt as to when I purchased it there is nothing they could do...........

Not sure if I will stick with them or go to Sena.

Any ideas???

Re: Scala Rider G4 quit working

How old is the G4? It may be time to upgrade anyway. As far as going with Sena or any other brand goes... do you ride with others with Bluetooth? Do you talk to them Via Intercom? If yes to either you will need to stay with the same brand They have If you want to keep connected to them. I have a 4 year old G4 & most of my riding buddies have G9 & one has the very old Teamset. We all can talk together.

The G4 was purchased last April. I searched thru paypal and was able to find the receipt. I will send it in under the 2 year warranty.

All my friends ride Harley's and wear half helmets!!
