I've emailed Sena 3 or 4 times in the past with questions or issues. They've always responded to me within 24-48 hours but that's email. Haven't had any warranty issues to deal with. You would think since the competition is so fierce they would be all over you with help. I understand Cardo Scala Rider customer service is pretty good.
One thing that kinda pisses me off is having to pay for an "upgrade kit" or buying newer units just to be able to update the firmware. I'm still happy with my SMH10's but...
