no phone ring

Hey all;

I have an autocom 5 pin. Works fine, before you jump on me about how old it is.
Why dont you get the phone ringing in the headset but everything else works fine.
I can talk /listen. I had 3 phones and none seem to work. I just got another phone my second Gzone one from Verizon, made by Casio. Great phone by the way. Does it have something to do with Bluetooth? My IPOD works fine too.

Re: no phone ring

Not all phones have a ring tone that works through a headset, some have auto answer as a option and then ask how many times one wants the phone to ring before answering itself. Other phones have the auto answer feature but do not offer the ring option i.e.
motorola razor, I phone, are some of the most common ones. Check the menu on the phone and see if it offers autoanswer and asks how many rings you want ......Kieth
