Another CB cable question...Com1

Hello all,

First a little background. I have a new to me 00LT, with a Com1 system. I have broken down and purchased new J&M headsets for it. I also have an RT with an Autocomm system and use both FRS and CB (for my cheap brother's benefit). I use the two radios out of a tank bag on the RT, and want to use the same radios when using the LT. My CB is a Radio Shack handheld and was told it was made by Motorola. The FRS is an offbrand Columbia (I think). Both radios interface the Autocomm with the same two prong Motorola cable.

What I am looking for, mostly, is information. I have the Com1 system and I need to know what cable I need. My dealer is fairly new, and they just don't have any experience with LT comm systems. I don't know if I have to use the FRS DIN plug on the front of the unit, or if I have to plug the two way radio cable into the back of the unit; and if so, where?

The dealer can get me a double ended two prong cable, but where does it interface with the system. Also, is there a cable that will interface with the front panel DIN plug and my Motorola two pin plugs?

My dealer has been very patient with me, and they will do all they can to help, but neither of us know where to start. Any and all help with this will be greatly appreciated. If I need to give additional information, I will be pleased to do so.

Thanks again, in advance, for your suggestions.
