Autocom to BMW jack

Hello All,
I have an Autocom system installed in my R 1100 RT, and have the Autocom headset.
I am a new owner of a 05 LT, it is the first LT for me. Planning to keep both bikes.
My question: is there a cord or plug adapter, so I can pug in my Autocom wired helmets
into the BMW plug that is on the bike. I ride two up with my wife most of the time.

Thanks, Micky, Shoreline, WA

I don't think anyone makes the adapter cord you need.
What intercom do your have on your '05LT? If you have the VOICE II you have a 6 pin connector; your Autocom has a 5 pin (if it's the same vintage as your RT). If you do a little searching in the Intercom forum you should be able to find the pinouts for both of these cords. With that info you should be able to make, or have made, an adaptor cord to go from Autocom to VOICE II. I have no way of knowing if the Autocom headset is compatible with the VOICE II -- my guess is that it will work -- but it's worth a try.
