New Retro Harley

Harley friend sent this to me, after I sent him a pic of the BMW R 9 T....

Yep, he is the same guy that put a blanket over my LT so his Harley friends wouldn't see a BMW in his shop.

Re: New Retro Harley

I can only imagine the thrill of riding something like that in a good crosswind.

Did you know that HD is building two new bikes for 2014? Both are water cooled twins. A 500 and a 750 series to be built in the Kansas City plant.. Smart move, since they dropped Buell and lost their source for beginners bikes to teach the intro class on. Someone must have realized that teaching people to ride on a Jap bike and then trying to sell them a big Harley wasn't going to work too well. I applaud their marketing strategy

Wonder how many panels you have to take off to change that rear tire.

Maybe he only had one '57 Chevy quarter panel, and the other side is plain Harley.

Re: New Retro Harley

Saw this one at Rolling Thunder this year. Not exactly the same, but definitely the same inspiration and maybe a little more useful.
