Question Ireland map

Hey All;

Anybody buy/download a Ireland map for a Zumo 550? We are going there in May and wondering if its worth it? Or as some say, get lost in Ireland is a gift.
Just grab a map and go is fine by us too, we DONT do tourist trap stuff.

Thanks All

Zeke

Re: Ireland map

WELL, We are back.
Had no replys, so here is our take.
Buy it buy it buy it. The only way to go is with the GPS. The paper maps may be better for every road, but to get around just buy the garmin map.
There is NO WAY you get in and out of the towns, big an small, with out it.
To get around all the round abouts is next to impossible without the GPS.
The round abouts are easy but they usually have 3-4 exits and they can be all within 1/4 mile of eachother. We started joking with the gps voice, like wow another one, just shutup already, all fun but wow. Not sure how everyone could even tell you directions is beyond us.
We travelled all over Ireland, about 1000 miles and only had a 1-2 issues with the GPS, but never got lost.
Just our take.

Re: Ireland map

Was over to Cornwall in the UK and southern France last year and got the newest European maps on a chip for my Nuvi. If you've ever traveled in Cornwall some of, well most or the roads are tiny lanes and very easy to get really lost. We never got lost! Well worth the $65 for the chip.
