City Select/Mapsource ?

With CS v7 and the latest version of mapsource, I am trying to figure out map segment sizes. If I drag the cursor over a section of map and get the yellow outline, the size shows up down at the bottom of the page. If I use the map tool to outline a larger area in pink, is there a way to see how many segments and what the total size of the the area is?

Thanks,

Yes - select the required maps, then on the left hand pane you will see the number of maps under the Maps tab. If you selct this pane, the total is given at the bottom of that pane. E.G. 3 maps - 10.6 MB

Which Garmin unit are you using? The 26xx series are designed to use City Navigator, not City Select except in South Africa.

Thanks.

That is what I was doing wrong, I didn't have the left hand pane open. Missed that little arrow at the top.
