Their turn around time as about 4 weeks.
Inspite of what they tell you, they will send a replacement unit via priority mail.
After I complained about getting a secind defective unit and agin needing it for a long trip, they eventaully offered to sell me a new unit and then credit me the same amount when they received the defective unit.
But, they didn't have any in stock.
A common problem is the unit not finding any MP3 files. One has to turn the unit OFF and then On again
Oh. even the latest maps are out of date. Before riding to a business, call them to see if they are still at the same location or still in business!
