Unhappy Navigator III Tabs Setup

I have a new Garmin Navigator III and cant figure out how to access the tab setup. Please help this dummy.

I am not quite sure what you mean on "access the tab set-up"?

what you have on your main screen. Speed, next turn etc

Thank You, That did it I cant find my owners manual anywhere. . Garmin replaced my Nav II for the III.I put tne manual on pdf file and have it worked out.
