Question Anyone with Wiring diagram for GPS

I have a 2008 LT with the ping tails for the BMW Nav3 unit and I don't have the GPS unit. I do however have a ZUMO 550. If someone has a wire diagram showing what color the wires are and what they are used for, I can cut off the end of both connectors (which attach to the BMW Nav3 unit) and see If I can splice in what would be necessary to get it to work with my ZUMO. Also can some one point me to the info on taking the Tupperware off, or at least how to get to the back of the voice comm unit. Thanks for those that reply.

Re: Anyone with Wiring diagram for GPS

I did this when I was wiring up a 2610 to the bike. This may help some, it has the bike connections.

Here are some of the many posts on removing the tupperware that I found in the Technical pull down. Search for some of the keywords in the K1200LT FAQ page for a few more. I think Marco even has another one for some specific removal points. Good luck.

Re: Anyone with Wiring diagram for GPS

That was a hold over for a vehicle motion unit to perform "dead reckoning" during moments of satellite outages. It would supply a secondary source of vehicle speed to the GPS. Garmin's 2650 was the last one I knew about that did that. BTW I grew up and got my first bike when I lived on Irwin street in the Bret Hart area of San Rafael.
