09 LT Nuvi 250 mount

Ok I'm vexed LOL does anyone have an idea on how to mount a Nuvi 250 on the 09 LT GPS mount point? anyone know of any mounting hardware that would work short of using the suction mount which I don't really trust......my luck would have it flying off the bike into an oncoming car. I would have thought that there would be mounting hardware for this but I can't for the life of me find it.

The supreme irony of life is that hardly anyone gets out of it alive.

Re: 09 LT Nuvi 250 mount

By GPS mount on your 09 I assume you mean just above the radio controls? if that's the case, the cheap way would be VELCRO, another alternative maybe to use some RAM mounts & adapt them to fit your needs.

Here is a link to the Mount Guys. You might find a holder that is part of a mounting system that you can adapt to the OEM mounting cradle. For example, I bought a mount that fits my Nuvi to bicycle handlebars. I just looked at the bracket that the Nuvi snaps into and it looks like it might be adaptable via two screw holes to the LT mount with a little ingenuity. You wouldn't need all the hardware that comes with it.
