Thumbs down J&M Full Bluetooth Integration

J&M has apparently released a bluetooth dongle that will allow the full integation of the on board communiction system with the J&M bluetooth helmet adapter. The attached describes the function for a Honda GL1800. A similar adaptation exists for Harley's.

Now the question is does anyone know if a similar setup is being created for our beloved beasty?

JBLU-DNG03 Harness Connection Cable for GL-1800 Driver Position

This harness cable assembly is designed to integrate the J&M custom dongle #JBLU-DNG03, to the driver headset position, for the stock audio system on all years of the Honda GL-1800.

Dongle is placed inside the right fairing pocket when in use and linked to a J&M Bluetooth helmet headset (only).

The J&M Bluetooth headset/dongle combination when used in this configuration will provide all of the standard functions of a normal corded headset as used on the GL-1800 audio system, but without the cord, including stereo music to the driverís headset, driver/passenger intercom, Honda CB radio (if so equipped) etc.

The stock Honda corded headset connector can still be used, when the dongle is not plugged into this cable harness

Re: J&M Full Bluetooth Integration

I just received the reply from John at J&M today on this.

J&M part # JBLU-DNG03 along with the JBLU-DNG03-CA11 harness.
I do not have it all on the website yet ,,, but it is available by contacting our sales department.

No idea on the price but I bet it is about the same as the one for the other bikes.
