Smile mio gps and scala compatability?

Hi all,

I have recentley bought a new gps here in australia and it is a brand called "mio".

The unit itself is really good and I am more than happy with it. What I am not sure about is whether its compatable with my Scala headset.

I tried to pair the units and at first the gps seems happy and seems to recognise the scala set, but then comes up with an error message saying something like "pairing failed".

To be fair, I was never told than this combination would work together successfully, it was my probly erroneous assumption.

Has anyone else had experiance with these two units?

Kind regards, Simon.
