You can find property corners with a GPS if you know the coordinates.
You can stand at the coordinates and mark the location on the GPS or read the coordinates off the GPS.

BUT.....it's a chicken/egg thing, you must have the coordinates to get there using GPS.

..and depending on the GPS unit there is a margin of error.

Get a Professional Land Surveyor

You are looking for nothing but trouble trying to find your own property lines. Without proper knowledge of deeds and law you most likely calculate the wrong location. That is why in each of the fifty states you need to be licensed to be a land surveyor.

Doing this wrong could be a huge liability issue when your neighbor sues you for using their property.

Surveyors do use GPS to set property corners but the units they use cost around $40,000 and require specialized techniques which would take you several college level courses just to figure out if you are using the equipment correctly.

Save your self time and money and hire the job out to a surveyor licensed to do business in your state.

The accuracy indicated using the GPS Info screen on my 2820 has never been less that 9 feet. I think that was when I was in Montana. the big sky state. The best accuracy that I can recall seeing locally is about 15-20 feet or so.
